Joyce introduced me to yoga about 6 years ago and I have been loving her classes ever since then. Thanks to Joyce, I am totally hooked on this mind - body strengthening practice. Joyce is very skilled at reading her students and meeting them wherever they are and gradually taking them to the next level in their practice. She is sensitive to the needs of her students and In class provides modifications to the poses, creating a safe, but challenging experience. Her dedication to her own practice has been an inspiration in itself. She is a beautiful person, inside and out, kind, wise and gracious. Joyce is a wonderful yoga instructor/yoga therapist. I have taken her chair yoga classes and really enjoyed the class. In her classes she worked on all parts of the body and if you had a particular pain she would then concentrate on it. Always felt so relaxed after her class. I was also very fortunate to be involved in Joyce’s yoga therapy. She worked with me on pain management of my back, shoulders and leg pain. The yoga exercises will be with me for many years to come.
