When I step off the yoga mat I feel energized, and connected to my inner-self. Originally drawn to Yoga in 1998, for the health benefits, I found relief from low back pain and arthritis. Grateful for ease of physical movement, I studied with Farzenah Noori, Bruce Schwartz, Tiffany Cruikshank, Tias Little, Cheri Clampett, Jivana Heyman, Larry Payne and many more. In 2013, I was transitioning from private business. Excited to share my interests in healing through yoga, I completed my 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher certification. Yoga has ignited a passion for continuing the study of the relationship between yoga and body mechanics.
I am a RYT 500 @ Certified Yoga Therapist through
Loyola Marymount University.
My intention is to create a safe space where students can be guided to experience greater freedom of movement in their bodies and minds. I'm grateful for the possibility of better health through each breath of yoga.
